"Athletic hammer with a WR's receiving skills but possesses ordinary vision and burst to the hole."
Strengths:
An athletic hammer between the tackles with burst and top tier receiving skills. Short area burst and good cod creates separation on routes and solid second level running ability.
Enough suddenness to turn the corner. Capable in pass pro. Solid slot WR ability. Clutch. Team and community leader with a forever motor. Leaves everything on the field.
Weaknesses:
Doesn't have special feet or vision and can't create or make something out of nothing. Solid burst but not a homerun hitter. Inconsistent in pass pro. Absorbs mucho punishment.
Overall:
Harris is your standard quality Alabama RB with power, athleticism and production. What sets him apart is his ability as a receiver. Adept enough to be a full time WR, he's a solid route runner, with a quick, physical release, burst in and out of his cuts and good hands. He's aggressive on contact and refuses to go down.
The brakes on him are that he doesn't have special vision or pace to get the most out of every run. He generally barrels in as it's designed. Did a better job as a junior being decisive on the handoff and using his burst to threaten better through the hole.
