Strengths
Fast and rangy centerfielder. Solid ball skills and man coverage ability. Played both CB and safety and it shows. A threat as a return guy and after the int. High character guy and leader in the locker room.
Weaknesses
An embarrassing poor tackler and routinely takes poor angles to the ball. A liability as the last line of defense.
Regularly late to the party as a tackler and often in coverage as well. Suffered a broken leg and will miss post season athletic testing.
Overall
I really like his character, athletic ability, his length, ball skills and man cover ability, but he's just an extremely weak tackler and his angles are inconsistent; he's basically out of control closing to the ball.
While its good he sticks his head in there to tackle, there are kickers out there that bring more force. And if there's a blocker there, he'll run into him. In his defense, he really is a CB still learning to play S. He might have to play CB again, if possible, if he doesn't get markedly stronger.
